- Center-Based Locations and In-Home Services: Work with clients in a variety of settings, including our state-of-the-art centers and in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a caseload of children, responsible for all aspects of clinical programming to ensure effective progress.
- Provide parent support and training to empower families in understanding and implementing behavior plans.
- Supervise, train and support Behavior Therapists and RBTs, ensuring competent skills and treatment fidelity.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment to ensure staff satisfaction and client success.
- Completing documentation (e.g., initial reports, treatment notes, progress reports, etc.) in a timely manner using a designated electronic medical records system.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in both center-based and in-home settings
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
