Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a caseload of children, responsible for all aspects of clinical programming to ensure effective progress.
  • Provide parent support and training to empower families in understanding and implementing behavior plans.
  • Supervise, train and support Behavior Therapists and RBTs, ensuring competent skills and treatment fidelity.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment to ensure staff satisfaction and client success.

  • Completing documentation (e.g., initial reports, treatment notes, progress reports, etc.) in a timely manner using a designated electronic medical records system.

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in both center-based and in-home settings
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
