Our team members love merchandising, creative brainstorms, people and of course, flowers and plants! They also aren't afraid to jump in where needed - from breaking down boxes and making deliveries to assisting customers to curate custom gifts or arrangements.
Qualifications:
About 15-20hrs per week $16/hour Must be 18yrs or older Weekend availability is a must A car & MA State License is a must Excellent communication and decision making skills Working knowledge in Google Sheets & Docs Working knowledge of Shopify is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Daily review and tracking of open any new orders including shipping and deliveries as necessary Ensure knowledgeable about all products in-store so can talk easily with customers and provide trustworthy guidance Create & maintain relationships with customers Daily upkeep of store cleanliness & organization Daily upkeep of product displays & re-stocking items Merchandising new product displays Operating the register and POS systems Following up with customers, emails & the team about any open orders, requests, etc.
