Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Manage and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to address any issues.
