00 The remote position covers Western MA, CT, and occasionally RI.

General Purpose Maintain in-store compliance at stores within the assigned geographical area while monitoring and supplying goods of service to each customer.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure displays are set to plan-o-grams.
Check and report product voids.
Maintain ad hoc merchandising.
Manage inventory levels, minimizing out-of-stock and dump.
Execute all sales programs POP (point of purchase) materials and work to maximize sales in each store.
Set new stores and perform required resets.
Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web-based ordering.
Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area.
Assist with customer service issues or complaints.
Complete pricing surveys as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Report any food safety and food quality-related issues to management immediately.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2 to 4 years of retail, customer service, or related experience
Certification and License may be required during employment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Able to organize time, energy, and resources effectively to achieve goals (i.
e.
, organizational skills)
Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
Able to work with accuracy and detail-oriented
