Maintain the calibration lab, calibration database on all test equipment.
Conduct internal calibrations and schedule external calibrations, including the collection of gages and equipment.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair inspection equipment when necessary.
Manage and maintain the documentation of all calibrations and investigations for instruments that failed calibration.
Must have the ability to work independently, analyze and interpret data and other information in order to complete calibration procedures.
The ideal candidate must possess a trained eye for detail, be reliable, and committed to this position.
Ensure that inspection equipment and gauges at each workstation are correct and properly calibrated.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
in addition to Quality inspector tasks Excellent written and verbal skills to report inspection and test data.
