Registration Scheduler
Job Description:
Under the direct supervision of the Office Manager, Milford Regional Physician Group's Registration/Surgical Scheduler is responsible for greeting patients in an outpatient physician office, answering a multi-line phone system, patient registration, appointment scheduling, patient referrals, co-pay/collections, as well as scanning and cash reconciliation, all while using a robust electronic medical record system.
This position also handles a component of surgical scheduling within the office.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Proven experience working with various computer systems required.
Strong, demonstrated customer service experience required.
Preferred skills:
Medical terminology and previous medical office experience strongly preferred.
Detail orientated, multi-tasking ability with a positive attitude.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
