This role will assist the management team in running production shifts efficiently.
The hours for this position can change as well and the days off can vary, must be available for holidays and weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities o Run production shifts efficiently by ensuring the team stays on schedule.
o Make necessary adjustments to batches and production schedules for late add-ons.
o Ensure that associates follow and complete formulas, schedules, and all required documentation.
o Identify and resolve equipment during the production shift.
o Notify management of personnel issues as they arise.
o Coordinate and verify responsibilities for production associates.
o Knowledge of all production equipment and the ability to run equipment as needed.
o Operate power lift equipment and maintain an organized work area.
o Conduct self-audits with the management team and provide corrective action support.
o Understand, uphold, and enforce strict process controls, GMP, Panera Standards, and Safety Standards.
o Any other duties as assigned by the Production Manager and /or Supervisor.
Qualifications (Education & Experience) o High school diploma or equivalent.
o Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a food industry background is preferred.
o Perform hands-on, physical tasks, and show the ability to work at a steady and quick pace.
o Microsoft Office:
