Project Coordinator (Architecture and Engineering)
- Support the Program Manager with the creation of program plans including the development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for management of scope to ensure alignment with contract requirements, budgets, and internal commitments.
- Assist the Program Manager with the monitoring and assessment of the program performance against plan (schedule and financial).
- Work with the project team to help identify risk and scope changes, develop and implement corrective action when necessary to initiate program changes.
Maintain MS Schedule regularly. - Assist the Program Manager with the review of Production Contracts to ensure execution alignment.
- Assist the Program Manager with the control of expenditures per the project budget and report monthly on project budget to actual performance via the Estimate to Complete (ETC) process.
- Understand the role and responsibility of each program team member, and be able to communicate to team members the program's scope, schedule, and financial objectives.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
