Job Description
We are currently seeking a Part Time Universal Representative for our Franklin East Central Branch! As a Universal Representative, you willbe responsible to assist the Bank in meeting its goals of sales and service by providing the highest level of customer service through an ongoing commitment to improvement in knowledge, productivity, and job efficiency. This position is responsible for conducting financial transactions between the Bank and its customers; sales and referral of bank products; and providing superior service in a highly professional manner. In addition, this position assists the Customer Service area as needed. Understands and develops knowledge of bank products and services. Refers bank products and services within guidelines established by Bank. Maintains referral documentation and actively participates in sales promotions. Conducts business in a professional manner and maintains a neat and orderly work area.
The Universal Representative understands and adheres to security and compliance policies and procedures. Processes all transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, etc. in an accurate, efficient, professional manner within established guidelines and authority. Acts as a leader in all service quality and sales initiatives by providing guidance and examples of excellent sales and service performance.
Required Experience
This position requires prior customer service and cash handling experience. Must have good verbal and written communication skills and basic computer skills. A sales and service oriented personality is a must as is a professional appearance. Possesses a genuine intention to work cooperatively with others.
