Sales Support/Customer Service Representative

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years experience in a high volume Customer Service role.
Work closely with our outside sales team, providing support during the sales process
Process customer orders
Provide cost quotes on desired products
Handle telephone and email inquiries: providing rapid resolution to customer issues
Escalate appropriate issues, when necessary
Skills: Sales Support/Customer Service team member will cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of employees across all departments. Candidate must work well in a team environment and have excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills. Employee must also be accurate and pay close attention to detail. Position requires the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.

Qualifications:
College degree preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM and Epicor ERP systems is a definite plus
Possess a positive attitude, stellar work ethic and flexibility
Customer focus and teamwork required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
