Title of Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Description:
The Kitchen Manager will be accountable for all product ordering associated with the Back Of House, managing and controlling food cost and ensuring all food safety guidelines are being met. The Kitchen Manager must be qualified to work closely and communicate with other members of Management as they will work together in achieving sets of common objectives. A Professional Kitchen Manager should be able to supervise teammate's activities, work together with vendors and ensure the integrity of the restaurant and the quality and consistency of the food. We expect this individual to function as a positive role model for the team.

Qualifications:
A minimum of three years kitchen management experience for a high volume concept is required for the Kitchen Manager
The Kitchen Manager must be passionate in developing and mentoring others within the operation
A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the Kitchen Manager
The Kitchen Manager must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside if the work place and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction
Open availability is a requirement for the Kitchen Manager
