is currently seeking an HR Business Partner for one of our client in Franklin, MA.
We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to support three of our customers growing Distribution facilities.
A successful individual will act as an employee champion and proactively partner with the Distribution management team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategically partner with leadership to drive human resources programs and initiatives Provide HR policy and interpretation Coordinate employee events while partnering with corporate to maintain consistency Lead all on-site HR related training initiatives; collaborate with Learning & Development on all safety related training.
Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs.
Act as a liaison with benefits and payroll department.
Assist with managing open enrollment and any changes to our systems and or policies at the distribution level.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations Develop and execute calendar for quarterly team building events Assist and support all events including semi-annual focus groups in support of employee engagement initiatives Support Corporate Recruitment team in managing temp agencies and temp-to-hire conversion process Run open house events and attend local job fairs as necessary Assist with distribution recruitment as necessary Plan, develop, evaluate, improve and communicate methods and techniques for selection, promoting, compensating, evaluating and developing employees Partner with Corporate HR and take lead on various initiatives and projects Management unemployment and hourly performance appraisal processes for respective DC Conduct new hire orientation and assist with sales new hires as needed Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance General transactional HR support (i.
e.
processing terminations and resignations) Additional responsibilities as assigned by Management Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 5 years of experience and/or minimum of 5 years of professional experience; experience in remote facility or Distribution center preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and MS Excel skills Ability to be effective in a fast paced work environment serving multiple clients Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations Required Competencies:
Excellent consulting skills, excellent client management skills, strong conflict management skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Desired Skills:
SHRM SPHR Certification desirable Position will require moderate travel as necessary to support our North Carolina & NJ distribution facilities.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
